Description: Agri-Mieux est un programme d’animation territorial dans lequel les chambres départementales d’agriculture proposent une communication sur les pratiques agricoles moins gourmandes en intrants : adaptation des doses, raisonnement des interventions, évolutions des systèmes, des assolements, filières, aide à l’investissement, résultats d’essais, tour de plaine, documentations, promotion de l'agriculture intégrée (produits phytosanitaires en dernier recours)… Les animateurs cherchent à offrir une qualité d’informations la plus large et précise possible pour accompagner les agriculteurs, qui le souhaitent, dans leurs évolutions de pratiques.Ces actions sont financées par les Chambres d’Agriculture et l’Agence de l’eau Rhin-MeuseL’agrément « Agri-Mieux » est attribué pour une période de 4 ans. Le renouvellement se fait sur les bases suivantes : - conformité au cahier des charges - dynamique de l’action - impacts de l’opération (évaluation des pratiques agricoles).

Description: Les zones vulnérables sont les terres désignées conformément à l''article 3 paragraphe 2 de la Directive Européenne n°91-676 du 12 décembre 1991 dont les objectifs consignés dans son premier article sont de réduire la pollution des eaux provoquées ou induites par les nitrates à partir de sources agricoles, et prévenir toute nouvelle pollution de ce type.Cette directive impose aux États Membres de désigner comme vulnérables toutes les zones connues sur leur territoire qui alimentent les eaux atteintes par la pollution par les nitrates d’origine agricole et celles qui sont susceptibles de l’être, ainsi que les zones qui alimentent les eaux qui ont tendance à l’eutrophisation du fait des apports de nutriments d’origine agricole.Une zone vulnérable est une partie du territoire où la pollution des eaux par le rejet direct ou indirect de nitrates d''origine agricole ou d''autres composés azotés susceptibles de se transformer en nitrates, menace à court terme la qualité des milieux aquatiques et plus particulièrement l''alimentation en eau potable.Le jeu de données contient la liste des communes désignées dans l'arrêté n° 2015-266 du préfet de la Lorraine, coordonnateur du bassin Rhin-Meuse, signé le 08 octobre 2015, de définition des zones vulnérables de la circonscription administrative de Bassin Rhin-Meuse.Pour ces communes, la délimitation infra-communale est précisée dans l'arrêté n° 2016/1328 signé le 03 octobre 2016 par Monsieur le Préfet de la Région Grand Est, coordonnateur du bassin Rhin-Meuse, portant délimitation des zones vulnérables aux pollutions par les nitrates d'origine agricole dans le bassin Rhin Meuse.Contrairement aux précédents arrêtés, certaines communes sont éligibles à une délimitation infra-communale.Sont désignées comme zones vulnérables, les zones où :- les eaux douces superficielles et souterraines, notamment celles destinées à l''alimentation en eau potable, ont ou risquent d''avoir une teneur en nitrates supérieure à 50 mg/l,- les eaux des estuaires, les eaux côtières ou marines et les eaux douces superficielles qui ont subi ou montrent une tendance à l''eutrophisation susceptible d''être combattue de manière efficace par une réduction des apports en azote.Un programme d''action est mis en oeuvre dans chaque département concerné, arrêtant les prescriptions que doivent respecter l''ensemble des agriculteurs de la zone vulnérable correspondante. Ils sont construits en concertation avec tous les acteurs concernés, sur la base d''un diagnostic local. Ils visent à corriger les pratiques les plus génératrices de pollution.En dehors des zones vulnérables, un code des bonnes pratiques agricoles, établi au niveau national est d''application volontaire.Chaque zone vulnérable correspond à un arrêté préfectoral (préfet coordonnateur de bassin) après avis du conseil départemental d''Hygiène, du conseil général et régional et du comité de bassin. Les zones vulnérables sont réexaminées tous les 4 ans. Cet arrêté est le texte réglementaire fondateur de la zone vulnérable.Chaque zone s'étend sur une zone géographique constituée d'un ensemble de communes.Dans le cas où un arrêté ultérieur viendrait compléter l'arrêté précédent, seule la date du dernier arrêté serait conservée.La liste des zones vulnérables est établie sous la responsabilité des DREAL de bassin.
Description: Surface sur laquelle l'eau qui s'infiltre ou ruisselle alimente une ressource en eau actuellement utilisée pour l'alimentation en eau potable ou susceptible de l'être dans le futur, dont la protection représente un enjeu important, et où les modes de gestion du sol sont importants pour atteindre les objectifs de qualité fixés.
Liste non exhaustive des délimitations d’aires d’alimentation de captages recensées à l’Agence de l’Eau Rhin-Meuse depuis les années 2000, issues d’études ponctuelles hydrogéologiques et des phases de délimitation d’aires dans le cadre des plans d’actions définis par les différents programmes de mesures (2009-2015, 2016-2021).

Description: Les zones d’action prioritaires (ZAP) du 11ème programme d’intervention de l'agence de l'eau Rhin Meuse, période 2019-2024, sont constituées des espaces associés à des masses d’eau superficielles ou secteurs fortement touchés par les pollutions agricoles, et particulièrement ceux avec une forte présence de pesticides, ciblés au cas par cas sur la base des éléments d’état des lieux.
Description: Certaines surfaces en prairie et pâturage permanent sont qualifiées de sensibles. Pour ces surfaces, l'exploitant doit conserver la surface en prairie permanente, il ne peut ni la labourer, ni la convertir en terre arable ou culture permanente, sauf à s'exposer à une réduction / sanction sur son paiement vert et à une obligation de réimplantation l'année suivante. Le travail superficiel du sol est cependant autorisé sur ces surfaces, par exemple pour permettre un sursemis.
Les prairies sensibles sont les surfaces qui étaient prairie ou pâturage permanent en 2014 et qui sont :
présentes dans les zones Natura 2000 pour les landes, parcours et estives ;
présentes dans des zones déterminées sur la base de leur richesse en biodiversité au sein des zones Natura 2000, pour les prairies naturelles.
